Last Minute Orders

Due to the larger number of orders that we receive and that we Custom Make Every Order, we highly recommend that you place your order no later than 30 days from when you would need them. 

However, we do understand that you may have booked late or just now found us so we just ask that you contact us PRIOR to placing your order if it is less than 2 weeks from the sailing to make sure we are able to accommodate any last minute orders.  We do try to offer as many options as possible but sometimes due to time restraints we may be limited on just a certain shirt style and color to ensure we are able to get them to you in time. 

Also, any orders placed Less than 2 weeks from the sail date MAY be required to upgrade to Express Shipping.  This will be discussed at the time you contact us.

Since we have a secured payment gateway on our site, we DO NOT get any of your payment information therefore we do not issue refunds.  In the event you did not contact us prior to ordering and we are not able to accommodate your order, you will be issued an in-house credit to be used towards a future purchase, NOT a refund.
