Processing Time Information

Since we custom make every single item we offer to order, it does take time.  We would much rather give you a high quality product that you would be proud to receive than to rush through the process to give you less than you deserve. Quality takes time but it is well worth it!

We put our heart and soul into every item we make, strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we do everything in our power to ensure you receive your items before you leave for your vacation or event.  Although our typical production time can be approximately 18 Business Days (not including weekends or holidays), but sometimes it could take us a little longer depending on the number of orders we are processing. Rest assured that we go full blast working to get you taken care of.

If you need your order in less than 3 weeks, we do try to accommodate last minute orders so please contact me to ensure we can get your items made and to you before you leave.  Please keep in mind, we custom make every single item, nothing is pre-made ready to ship.

In some cases, people that have placed their orders after your may receive their items first.  No worries, the delay may be because we are waiting on items to complete your order to arrive before we can get yours to you.  We prioritize orders by event or sail date, order date and product availability.  We will definitely get everyone taken care of and your items to you as quickly as possible. 

We ship via USPS and although we ship items to arrive in a timely manner, once we hand over the package to the carrier, it is completely out of our control at that point.  We cannot provide any additional information about the package, the whereabouts or delivery times, you will need to contact your local post office for that.  If you do have an issue with delivery, I will do what I can to assist but their lack of service cannot be reflected upon our business.  If your package does not arrive in time for your vacation or event, you have to be upset and take your frustration out on the USPS and not Custom Cruise Wear.  We are all at the mercy of the delivery companies and none of them at perfect.

 

We use email to send you proofs, order status updates and correspondence about your order.  It is imperative that you keep an eye on your email for any information that I may need, image proofs and tracking information.  The emails will come from angela@customcruisewear.com so you may need to check your spam folder to make sure it doesn't get sent there.

 

We are a small business that is dedicated to working hard for our customers and we want you to be satisfied with your order.  Custom made quality products are so worth the wait but we do understand that you would like your order as quickly as possible, which is what we want as well. What sets us apart from the large box online stores is that we don't treat you like just another order.  We go the extra mile to ensure that you get the best of the best and we fully believe that you will agree that our quality, service and dedication to our customers is well worth the wait.
