We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We like happy customers here at Custom Cruise Wear and we hope that your items arrive to you just as you have ordered.  We do know that sometimes we make a few errors and will be happy to get the correct items to you as soon as possible.

If your order arrives damaged or has any defects in the material or design, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to file a claim at angela@customcruisewear.com
We cannot warranty any defects in the garment after the items have been worn.

Also, since each item is made to order just for you, please make sure that all spellings, sizes, colors, designs and style shirts are ordered correctly as we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges.  Please refer to the sizing chart on the website to get an approximate sizing.  We cannot refund or exchange sizing after the order has been processed and made. 

We are unable to make changes to the orders once they have went into production.

 

In the event you have had to cancel your cruise or vacation, we can issue you an in store credit for your future purchase if your order has not already gone into production. 

We do not issue refunds or credit back to your credit cards.
