Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 15-18 business days based on availability. If you ordered a design and requested changes made, you will receive an email with your design proof before your order is processed. If your order matches that of the web sample except for the name personalization, your order will be processed in the order it was received. We suggest that you allow 4 weeks prior to your event to allow adequate time for production and for the postal service to get your items to you.
Shipping
We offer USPS shipping for most all items on our site unless otherwise notated. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you should receive it within 5 business days. We use flat rate shipping to keep the postal rates as low as possible for the customer.
If you place your order 14 days or less from your sailing date, we highly recommend Express Shipping to ensure that you get your items before you set sail. If you do not choose the Express Shipping Option we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order in time.
