Terms and Conditions

Here you will find our terms and conditions when ordering from Custom Cruise Wear.

Our processing/production time is approximately 15-18 Business Days not including weekends or holidays. We also may experience a slight delay in processing orders when were are out of the shop working shows out of state. We encourage you to place your order no later than 30 days prior to sailing or when you will need your shipment to allow for the production time and transit time. Orders placed less than 30 days from sailing are not guaranteed to arrive in time if you do not choose Express (Guaranteed) Shipping. We will try to accommodate as many last minute orders as possible without Express but we cannot control the transit time for the USPS. Orders place TWO WEEKS or less from the date you need them, MUST use the Express Shipping option. Unlike some sites, We DO NOT profit from any shipping fees or rates.

Changes cannot be made to an order once it has gone into production. We will try to make any changes you need if possible but we encourage that you double check your order for sizes, colors and spellings before completing your order.

Please inspect your items when you receive them for any errors or defects in the material. You have five days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding issues with your order. We cannot warranty any garments after they have been worn.

Since all items are custom made, there are no refunds or exchanges. If you have cancelled your cruise or event, please contact us immediately and we will issue you an in store credit if your items have not already been put into production.

Custom designs-all of our designs are custom made and are not generated by a point and click type generator. We will gladly made up to two adjustments/changes for you at no additional charge. Multiple changes will result in additional art fees.
